Join our team immediately as an Ecom Store Chat Support agent, where you will engage directly with customers to assist with their online shopping needs. This role requires managing multiple chat interactions, providing product advice, handling transactions, and resolving issues promptly. Roles: In this position, you will manage live chat messages on business websites and social media accounts. You will help answer customer queries, provide product or sales links, and offer promotions or discounts directly through chat.

Rate: $35 per hour.
