What You’ll Be Doing:
As a live chat assistant, you’ll be paid to log in to a business’s chat application and respond to common customer inquiries. These could include questions about prices, refund policies, and sharing discount codes. No need to worry about experience—comprehensive training is provided and takes less than a day.
Contract Length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/Background Needed:
- A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
- Availability for at least 10 hours per week
- A reliable internet connectivity
Hours Per Week: 10 – 40 hours per week
