What You Will Do: As a Live Chat Support Assistant, you will engage with customers through live chat on business websites and social media accounts. Your primary tasks will involve addressing customer queries concerning returns, re-ordering, and other support-related questions. You will ensure clear communication and effective resolution, providing a seamless customer experience.

Contract Length: Flexible, with no fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/Background Needed:

  • Access to a device (phone, tablet, laptop) that can handle social media and website chat functions.
  • Ability to work independently and meticulously follow provided instructions.
  • At least 5 hours of availability per week, with the option to work up to 40 hours.
  • A reliable internet connectivity.

Hours Per Week: Flexible; ranging from 5 to 40 hours.
