Your primary goal will be to engage with customers effectively, answer their questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts. Quick response times are essential, and we expect you to maintain a high standard of customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Respond to live chat messages on business websites or social media accounts
- Follow up with customers to encourage orders and conversions
- Speak respectfully and professionally with both customers and team members
- Learn about zip codes, services, and relevant technicians to provide accurate information
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
- Manage challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Maintain patience, vigilance, and attention to detail
Contract Length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements:
- Active learner with a proactive attitude
- Fluent in English
- Access to a device capable of live chat (phone, tablet, or laptop)
- Reliable internet connectivity
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions closely
- Availability of at least 5 hours per week
Hours Per Week: 5 – 40 hours per week
Location: Remote (Preference for candidates in the United States)
