What You’ll Be Doing:
As a live chat customer support agent, you’ll handle incoming questions via live chat on websites and social media accounts. These questions could range from support inquiries from existing customers to sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract Length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/Background Needed:
- A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions closely
- Availability of at least 10 hours per week
- A reliable internet connectivity
Hours Per Week: 10+ hours per week
Location: Remote (Preference for candidates in the United States)
